The Hierarchy of Support

To ensure every broker has clear direction on how to ask for support and where to find it, we’ve developed a structured Hierarchy of Support aligned with our core values. One of our core values is being an autodidact—a self-learner—because we believe that with the right tools and resources, you have everything needed to succeed.

Let’s break down the four levels of support in our system:

1. Autodidact – The First Step to Support

Before reaching out for help, we encourage brokers to search for answers independently. That’s why we created The Hub—a knowledge center filled with resources, guides, and tools to help you navigate challenges. Many of the questions you have can be answered here, saving you time and enhancing your ability to find solutions on your own.

If the answer isn’t in The Hub or easily searchable, move on to Step 2.

2. Collaboration – Tapping into Collective Knowledge

If you can’t find an answer on your own, the next step is to collaborate with fellow brokers. That’s why we developed The Headquarters, a dedicated space where brokers can engage, ask questions, and share insights. Many brokers have likely faced similar situations before and can provide real-world advice and faster solutions.

If you’re facing a unique or urgent situation and haven’t received the support you need, move on to Step 3.

3. People, Process, and Product – Direct Support

When independent searching and collaboration aren’t enough, it’s time to submit a formal support request. We’ve made it easy—just go to the homepage and submit a support request form. This ensures that your inquiry is sent to the right people and answered within 24 hours.

For highly specific contractual or negotiation challenges requiring immediate guidance, move on to Step 4.

4. Leadership – Mentor Support for Critical Situations

For brokers facing complex deal challenges, we’ve established a mentorship program. This gives you access to seasoned brokers who have volunteered to provide guidance on tough contract negotiations, listing strategies, and transactional roadblocks.

It’s important to note that mentors are not life coaches, business coaches, or technical support—they are deal experts ready to assist you with contract-related obstacles. If you are new to business brokering, mentorship is an invaluable resource to help you navigate your early transactions with confidence.
